- Add xrdp to the sap_server pattern and initialize it during autoinstallation
- Changed boot entries and oder:
First entry: "boot from harddisk"
Second entry: "Install SLES for SAP Applications - Standard Interactive"
This is now basically a standard SLES installation and hence can be used as
flexible as a normal SLES installation.
Third entry: "Install SLES for SAP Applications - Predefined Profile"
This is the predefined standard autoyast profile installation. There is
one change to the previous workflow. Just right before the SAP-mediachanger
is going to be started the user is asked if he likes to continue
immediately with the SAP product installation or not.
This user request replaces the separate boot-entry, where the mediachanger
is not started automatically after OS installation
Fourth entry: "Install SLES for SAP Applications - Manual Profile via USB"
