- Added dracut

  Actually it has no relevance for the kiwi initrd to add dracut
  but there is code in kiwi which searches for the kernel boot
  names and the standard initrd format name which is defined by
  dracut in all major distributions. As we are on a legacy path
  here we need to add dracut to allow kiwi to check for the
  initrd file format via dracut's new --printconfig option
