- update to 1.1.0:
  * changing translations to feature the ™ with COSMIC™ to prevent users form
    thinking Color picker is a official cosmic app
  * Fixed release ordering in metainfo
  * Make sure `hex` is not empty
  * Fix warnings
  * Added "expanded" colorspaces
- switch to obs_scm
- remove update-desktop-files as BR, deprecated

- standardize packaging with also fixes for miscellaneous hardcoding
  filenames, using @PARENT_TAG where applicable, and be more specific
  with files in the %files section (so no non-wanted files are getting
  added
