- Update to new upstream version 23.10.13:
  * man page: The man page header says 'section 8', but the file
    is like a 'section 1' man page. Fix the filename and its
    location's foldername.
  * Fix window movement on resize action.
  * Themed launcher icon.
  * ayatana-settings: Don't fail if XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP is not
    set.
  * ayatana-settings: Create ~/.config/autostart folder if it
    does not yet exist.
  * ayatana-settings: Add colour scheme handler.
  * data/ayatana-settings/ayatana-settings.glade: Add a11y button
    descriptions.
  * Translation updates.
- Change man page section to 8. The changelog entry is weird, in
  reality the file as moved from section 1 to section 8 proper.
- Remove rpmlint filter, AUTHORS file is not zero-length any
  longer.
- Remove %pycache_only in %files, the pycache is already included
  by the sitelib entry above (and is only useful in case Python 2
  and 3 are used for the same files list).
