- Add libnih-test-child-ignore-spurious-sigcont.patch by
Aurelien Jarno: fix wrong ptrace expectations in test_child.c,
causing the testsuite to fail with glibc >= 2.24.

- Update to 1.0.3 (changes since 1.0.1):
* AC_COPYRIGHT wrapper renamed to NIH_COPYRIGHT (lp#519278).
* Serial added to libnih.m4 to stop aclocal overwriting a local
copy with an older installed copy.
* NIH_WITH_LOCAL_LIBNIH macro added that can be used by external
sources to add a --with-local-libnih configure argument.
* Support for passing file descriptors over D-Bus added to
nih-dbus-tool. Due to code limitations, to avoid leaking the
file descriptor in case of error it must be the last input
argument to any method being implemented and within your
function you are responsible for closing it on error.
- Add libnih-dbus-codegen-empty-lists.patch by Stéphane Graber and
Steve Langasek: update dbus code generator to allow for empty
lists for type 'as'
- Add libnih-lstat-fallback.patch by Dmitrijs Ledkovs: fallback to
lstat if dirent.d_-ype is not available (fixes non-ext
filesystems).
- Correct license: it's GPLv2+.
- Honour openSUSE shlib policy and add baselibs.conf.
- Remove GLIBC_PRIVATE requirement.
- Spec cleanup.
