- set background file name to 1920x1200.png instead of 1600x1200.jpg
  * since Leap 15.6 the wallpapers are in png format
  * since Leap 16.0 the only size available is 1920x1200
- remove key high-contrast-background
  * fix error message: No such key high-contrast-background in schema
    org.ArcticaProject.arctica-greeter as specified in override
    file 30_arctica-greeter-theme-openSUSE.gschema.override

- Fix gsettings schema overrides syntax.
- Add overrides for the static-color background used before
  loading the actual background file and the session selection
  list background color.
- Fix indicator list to include the default Arctica Greeter
  indicators.
