- Update to version 0.9.5:
  * brown-paper-bag fix
  * add option --skip-compilerchecks to bypass checks
  * warn if user tries to compile Linux 5.10 or earlier with binutils 2.37, as its known to fail
  * add changelog and a few quick fixes to the README
  * new general default is 5.15, which is also the new default for clang13 and gcc12 (both fail to compile earlier versions)
  * Remove trailing white spaces
  * Improve README somewhat and mention the license
  * v0.9.2: clang 12 fails to compile Linux 5.7, hence make it use 5.10 instead and make that the new default
  * fine-tune the manuals
  * fine tuning for the README
