- Update to version 0.23.0:
  * Add feature parallel, which enables internal parallelization
    when de-compressing data. When parallel is not used, the old
    behavior of reading without parallelization is used.
  * Fix misaligned pointer loads when using Deku.
  * Fix incorrect assertion about file size.
  * Use rust library liblzma instead of xz2.
