- don't filter out glibc_private symbols

- improve packaging
  - remove GLIBC_PRIVATE from generated rpm requires
    (see https://github.com/apitrace/apitrace/issues/258)
  - don't use bundled 'snappy'.
  - don't duplicate license and docs files
