- Update to release 3.09.10
  * Tilde character is now vertically centered in ligatures
  * Added a few arrows used for keyboard design (U+21B9 et al)
    and a numlock glyph instead of lock emoji.
  * Fix tab character displayed as box.
  * Fixed 6-part braille dots for better visualization of ASCII art.
  * Added 8-part braille glyphs.
