- Disable python loader for now: peas uses GIRepostiory 1.0, which
conflicts with pygobject 3.52 using GIRepository 2.0 (part of
boo#1239952).

itself switched to using mozjs-24, which is not compatible with
the gjs loader:

- Pass %{?no_lang_C} to %find_lang so that english documentation
can be packaged with the program, and not in the lang subpackage.
- Change Requires of lang subpackage to Recommends, since the
