- Revive package, update to 2.0
  * Compatibility with webassets 2.0
- Build documentation
- Enable the test suite
- Add 0001-tests-fix-compatibility-with-Flask-1.0.patch
  Fixes the test suite with Flask >= 1.0. At the time of writing,
  upstream was only running the CI tests on very old releases.
