- Update to version 1.8:
  * Added a constructor from two P4 objects to the rk::Boost
    class.
  * Added a few "const" qualifiers to various arguments as
    appropriate.
- Specfile cleanups with spec-cleaner.
- Use %license for LICENSE file.
