  + Add explicit braces to clarify which if the else goes with.
  + Convert from haphazard indenting to X.Org common style.

    - Add missing AC_CONFIG_SRCDIR.
    - Replace deprecated AM_CONFIG_HEADER with AC_CONFIG_HEADERS.
