- Update to 1.0.9:
  - Update AUTHORS
  - Demonstrate basic possibility to test with pytest
  - When getting string size, count UTF8 bytes
  - CI: add python 3.13
  - pull PyCapsule_New() into the PYLOCK() section in poll_func()
- Separate documentation to separate subpackage.
- Add examples subdirectory to that documentation.
- Make the test suite running.

- Update to version 1.0.0.
  * Add poll support.
  * Use bytes objects for read and write data: please note that
    while this has no effect on Python 2,it is a breaking change in
    Python 3; it's worth it however since it fixes a serious
    usability bug that arbitrarily limited file content to valid
    UTF-8 data.
