- update to version 0.6.1:
  Swiftiply 0.6.0 fixes a number of bugs and introduces some new
  capability. Notably, it now has static file support natively
  making it easy to deploy many sites without even needing a
  conventional web server in front of it. The other notable
  additional is the option to have redeployable requests. If
  redeployable requests are enabled, then any request with a size
  below the configured threshold (which defaults to 16k) will be
  redeployed to a new backend for handling if the original backend
  goes down (dies, is killed, is struck by a walrus falling from
  the sky) before it returns a response. A Swiftiply server will
  now also reprocess it's configuration when it receives a HUP
  signal, as well.
