- Updated to 3.24 with following changes:
* scipy python interface
* Revise svm-scale.c so features in test data that do
not appear in training data are scaled to zero.
* Add csr_find_scale_param, csr_scale for data scaling in python interface
- Added Qt5 version of svm-toy
- Added patch file: use-system-qt5-path.patch
