HSAIL-Tools are used for parsing, assembling, and disassembling
HSAIL, the Heterogenous System Architecture Intermediate Language (a
virtual instruction set for parallel programs). This version of
libHSAIL supports the HSA PRM 1.02 (Final) specification.
