File README-checkin.txt of Package ceph-haproxy-image

Use the "checkin.sh" script to generate the container image overlay tarball
from a git repo and branch.  For example:

    $ bash checkin.sh --repo https://github.com/foo/haproxy --branch 2.3

For more options, try "./checkin.sh --help"
