- Update to version 20211225:
  * update jfaudiolib and jfbuild
  * send JFAudioLib messages into JFBuild's console etc
  * change Makefile var EROOT to ENGINEROOT
  * silence warnings
  * make SECT_USER.depth the fixed-point quantity it wants to be
  * use appropriate level titles for Wanton Destruction addon
  * normalise some of my old hack variable names
  * add github actions ci
  * update jfbuild
  * allow for text input to be ack/nack'ed by controllers
