- Fixed runtime on openSUSE Leap:
* gcc's c++11 regex implementation is broken for gcc < 5 and so
the program will crash if compiled with gcc < 5
* To workaround this issue we compile RoR and RoRConfig
(which uses wxWidgets) with different gcc version on Leap.
- Merged custom wrapper scripts into on file and just require
POSIX shell not bash.
- Enabled jsoncpp for multiplayer serverlist
- Build with optflags, this discovered some errors which are fixed
with the upstream reported fix-compiler-warnings-errors.patch
- Allow reproducible builds (use SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH) by adding
upstream reported allow-reproducible-builds.patch
- Added fix-resourcedir-detection.patch to ensure correct resource
path is picked on startup.
- Added man page from upstream: upstream-man-page.patch
