* Faster PGN parser with unlimited line length.

- added patch to fix ECO browser if language is not set to english
* If scid is run with i.e.german language selected the ECO browser displayed some moves
incorrectly, for example instead of moving a bishop (german = "Läufer")
a pawn (german = "Bauer") was moved.
