- Drop -devel package, as shiny is now considered an internal
library and nothing else is contained in that package.

- Resolved stuntrally-data: W: description-shorter-than-summary.
- Added man pages.
- Prevented openSUSE 13.1 build error.
- Removed stuntrally-2.0-boost-fix.patch because of oS 12.3 EOL.
- Added _constraints to prevent "error: Unable to write payload".
- Updated strcmp.diff.

* because our boost 1.49 contains a fix that coming with 1.50+
* so upstream fix (rename Boost:TIME_UTC to Boost:TIME_UTC_) conflicts with us
