- Avoid double include of cpuid.h and fix older distro builds
  (could be a gcc7 vs gcc14 issue).
  Add fix_cpuid_double_include.patch.
- Only build for x86 and, as it's an Intel tool, it's probably only
  intended to run and work on x86 machines, add:
  ExclusiveArch:  %ix86 x86_64
