- update to 0.9.7:
  * multiple correctness fixes handling output samples
  * Fixes for PulseAudio output
  * Fixes to handling bitrates in ncurses version
  * Fixes to updating Gui comboboxes upon events
- fix audio output, use pulseaudio
- split off a -gui package to avoid pulling in dependencies
- add cwstudio-0.9.7-nonvoid-return.patch to fix build
