- Update to version 2.0+git.20200430:
* Remove redundant header files for the MOC.
* Fix coding style to be consistent with rest of file.
* Fixed race condition when cancelling the GUI thread. Wait for
the thread to properly exit.
* Modified cmake files to build the GUI with qt5 and above. Made
some code adaptations to make the code build with qt5.
* adding changelog file
- Build against qt5/qwt6
