- Fix build for Tumbleweed
  + use %autosetup macro instead of %patchN
  + add empty %check section
- Fix ftdi library search
- Remove pkgconfig dependency

- added a patch xc3sprog-limit-gcc-version.patch to fix build on
  Tumbleweed
- build only for architectures that have libusb3880
