- Update to version 1.3.1:
  * Updating the ChangeLog, News, and bumping the version to 1.3.1 in configure.ac
  * Updating the Norwegian translations
  * Adding in settings for controlling the MRU/MTU
  * Fixing additional cases where connection-type could be NULL
  * This fixes a problem for folks using Kubuntu or upgrading from 1.2.6 to 1.3.0 by not making the 'connection-type' property required. Also, treat the default when missing to 'password'. This preserves the upgrade case, and the case when nm-sstp-service is configured using KDE Plasma component.
  * Fixing a IPv6 truncation issue for when connected to a IPv6 remote gateway
