- Update to GCC 5.5 which is the last release from the gcc-5-branch.
* Includes similar fix to gcc41-ppc32-retaddr.patch, disable the
patch but keep the testcase.
- Filter -fstack-clash-protection, BuildIgnore gcc-PIE, rename
tarball to avoid %version mangling.
