- disable post-build-checks on > 11.1 as they do not 
  allow /opt/HeeksCAD* any more

- complete rewrote spec file, patches may broke software
  that is now installed with default paths in /opt
  respect FHS is under development upstream

- Split makeinstall.patch in fix-icons-dir.patch and makefile.patch
- patch improved: makefile.patch support "make uninstall" (have to send upstream)
- patch improved: fix-icons-dir.patch brake no more WIN32 compilation
