* Massive robustness improvements. Especially long running IMAP IDLE
connections do survive peer resets and system hibernation now

- Fix dependencies.
- Separate localisation into mailnag-lang package.
- Remove categories alteration: fixed upstream.
- Don't set CFLAGS environment variable: nothing uses it here.
