- Remove the accessibility sub-package, since it was never really
  working and creates another problems (bsc#1206549). It can
  eventually be built as standalone if needed
- Removed patches:
  * jaw-jdk10.patch
  * jaw-misc.patch
  * jaw-nogtk.patch
    + not needed after the removal of the accessibility sub-package
