- Update to new upstream version 23.10.0:
  * account-service: Do not unref UserManager owned user.
  * accounts-service: Also update the user when a new user is
    added.
  * accounts-manager: Cancel account manager requests on new
    user.
  * Translation updates.

- Update to 22.9.0. Changes since 0.6.0:
  * Stop using deprecated g_type_class_add_private().
  * Translation updates (thanks to all translaters
    contributing to hosted Weblate).
  * Version bump to bring all system indicators (and the
    renderer libraries to the same version level).
  * Rename 'x-canonical-type' attribute to 'x-ayatana-type'
    (and others) to allow using system indicators from
    Ayatana Indicators on Ubuntu.
  * Start the indicator with the ayatana-indicators.target.
  * Drop upstart support.
  * Rename com.ubuntu.* to com.lomiri.*.
  * Allow autostart for Budgie Desktop.
  * Update Ayatana IDO names.
  * Update/add documentation.
  * Upstream version bump to new release versioning scheme:
    <year>.<month>.<revision>, where <year>.<month> will be
    bumped in Ayatana Indicators bundle releases and <revision>
    gets incremented with minor changeset releases.
  * Add tooltip support.
- Remove upstart code, it's gone upstream.
- Disable dbustest-1 BR, this is only needed for testing.
- Switch to building with CMake, including the required BRs.
- Add BR on pkgconfig(accountsservice).
- Remove systemd service generation hack, it's now included
  upstream.
- Add BR and R on ayatana-indicator-common.
- Use RPM macro for libmessaging-menu to reduce duplication.
- Add libmessaging-menu-doc subpackage for gtk-doc-generated
  documentation.
- Remove pre-*SuSE-15 support.
