Subject: [PATCH 3/8] [megaco|test] (mess) Timeout and timetrap calculation
Tweaked two test cases in the mess test suite with regard
to timeout calculation.
Also adjust timetraps (for all test cases).
In both cases we use the 'megaco factor' in calculating
the actual time (basically Factor * Time).
