Subject: [PATCH 1/4] kernel: New erl_uds_dist.erl example entirely in Erlang

The orginal uds_dist.erl, the alternative distribution
protocol example using Unix Domain Sockets, is using
a port driver written in C. This second version is
switching to distribution controllers implemented by
Erlang processes instead, so with the code now written
entirely in Erlang.

It also adds support for recent distribution features,
like dynamic node names and 32-bit big Creation numbers.
