Subject: [PATCH] erts: Implement some etp macros for lldb

The etp macros only work for gdb and Apple has made it
almost impossible to install gdb, so in order to debug
we need working lldb macros.

This commit ports the most important macros to lldb so
that we can more easily do some basic debugging.
