- update to 2.2.2
* PDB-962 This commit changes the default ssl protocol in the
Jetty config from SSLv3 to TLSv1. If the user has specified SSLv3,
this is allowed, but the user will be warned.
* PDB-964 Change tests to use TLSv1 to avoid dependency issues on
sites dropping TLSv1.
* PDB-952 Add acceptance tests for CentOS 7
- use vendorlibdir instead of sitelibdir for terminus
- update offline-build-deps
- remove project.clj, changes applied upstream

- update to 2.1.0
Note: the move to PuppetDB 2.x is a feature release focusing on environments support.
This is a major version bump and there are several breaking changes, including dropping
support for versions of PostgreSQL prior to version 8.4 and Java 1.6.
