File README.SuSE of Package conky-plugins

This is a mata package to install _all_ conky scripts currently available 
on the internet.

This package itself does nothing, it just requires all the other scripts
to ease installation.

If you found some scripts used in some awesome conky configurations didn't 
get included by me, please let me know
