- Provided support for various Linux Distributions [SUSE, FEDORA, MAGEIA]
- Added `rpmlintrc` file to suppress
`logrotate-log-dir-not-packaged` error for `/var/log`.
This is a known false positive in rpmlint
(see https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpmlint/issues/551).
- Initial upload of bFTPd FTP Server into Open Build Service (OBS)

* When Bftpd is run with the -n flag (no configuration file)
default ratio settings prevented files from downloading.
Samuel Hsu has patched Bftpd to assume no ratio ("") is
treated the same as "none" or no restrictions.
This was fixed prior (in 5.6) and reverted. Re-adding it.

a lot of EPSV commands sent in a row. We now close
the pasv socket before each new use to avoid accumulating

* Fixed file transfer ratios so that an empty
ratio, such as one set by running Bftpd without
a configuration file, results in there being no
