- mod_auth_cas v1.2:
  * OpenSSL 1.1 support.
  * CASv2 attributes.
  * CASPreserveTicket, which allows tickets to pass through when a valid
    session exists.
  * CASGatewayCookieDomain, to set the gateway cookie domain.
  * Use a dynamic buffer to store the CAS validation response.
  * Various bug and documentation fixes:
