- Removed freetype2-devel, tcl and update-desktop-files build
  requirements (not needed).
- Removed dont_build_xls2csv.patch. Instead build the program as a
  subpackage catdoc-xls2csv (and recommended by the main catdoc
  package) which will conflict with xls2csv.
- Spec file cleanup also with spec-cleaner.
