- Fix pihole-FTL-service script to ensure ownership of
  /etc/pihole directory is owned by user/group pihole.

- Initial pihole build to version 4.0 commit ddbdb51 (2018-08-05)
  and pihole-FTL version 4.0 commit 8493df4 (2018-08-05).
- Add pihole0-script-cleanups.patch: Various fixes for the bash
  scripts for use in openSUSE.
- Add pihole0-disable-features.patch: Disable pihole features;
      reconfigure, admin, update, uninstall and checkout.
- Add pihole10-Makefile-changes.patch: Fix libdir path and create
  our own version.h file as we manually pull from git.
