- New upstream version - 1.8.3:

  This release add support for Windows 2012 and Windows 2012 R2
  which includes fixes for smart card redirection, mouse cursor
  and other minor issues. There has also been work on code cleanup
  to match specification and a few bug fixes.

  ChangeLog:
    + Added a persistent mode used with SeamlessRDP
    + Added US international keyboard layout with dead keys
    + Code cleanup to match specifications, use constants defined
      instead of magic numbers, remove of dead code
    + Fix regression with failed connection and a invalid licensing
      message, introduced in v1.8.2
