  * Handle invalid window coordinates accurately. Fixes the Treecko
    text box in Pokemon Emerald.
  * Implement basic vertical mosaic
  * Handle DS cartridge address wrapping. Fixes anti-piracy checks in
    Pokemon Black/White 2 and Conquest.
  * Rewrite RTC and implement it for GBA. Fixes #103 and closes #101.
