  compared by rpm more easily that adding human readable strings.
- Renamed the python3-pocketsphinx package to python3-pocketsphinx5
- Use update-alternatives for the man pages.
- pocketsphinx5-devel now conflicts with pocketsphinx-devel
- python3-pocketsphinx5 now conflicts with python3-pocketsphinx
- Obsolete/Provide python3-pocketsphinx-python
