- use ipu6 firmware provided by package kernel-firmware
  * package ipu6-camera-bins-firmware can be obsoleted
- workaround a dracut issue (some ipu6 kernel modules not omitted)
- add patches needed for kernel 6.8

- do not put ipu6 kernel modules in initrd
