- Add howdy-use-correct-python-exec.patch: refer to the correct

- Drop howdy-cli-py-shebang.patch, use %python3_fix_shebang macro
  from python-rpm-macros.
- Use %{name}-%{version}.ext format for Source tarball.
- Drop verify_file for Source tarball from _service.

- Add howdy-pam-python3.patch: Update python configparser module
  usage to use pam-python3 instead of pam-python(2).
- Require pam-python3 instead of pam-python.
