- Update to version 4.3.18.geb7d3ef4:
  * Remove unused header file
  * Fix: Getting the btnlist to include the devicetype, so we can use this information in make_button_template Upd: switch 7915 back to using MULTI button Fix: Do not update the featureLabel when the hint is on a 7914 addon
  * Remove varhead parsing and use safer pbx_builtin_getvar_helper instead.

  * Move 'app_voicemail' from being a requirement to an optional_module. This will take loading order into account, without enforcing it being loaded.
