- Fix build error because of hard coded libexecdir

- Starting the server was not working for me:
  * added group "conquest" which seems to be needed
  * added user "conquest" with dedicated home directory
  * included systemd service unit to start server and adjusted
    it to only listen locally by default with added patch
    "conquest-server-systemd.patch"

- Require freeglut-devel instead of 'pkgconfig(freeglut)'.
  The pkgconfig file name changed in recent versions.
