- update to 0.5.6:
  * add simple script ezstream-file.sh, which automatically
    generates a stream configuration and playlist, based on command
    line input
  * Ezstream itself has become noticeably more fault-tolerant
  * a real-world example playlist script introduces advanced
    playlist handling on the documentation side

- changes from 0.5.5:
  * set a custom username when authenticating against an Icecast
    server

- changes from 0.5.4:
  * improved handling of non-ASCII charsets in meta-data and file
    names

- changes from 0.5.3:
  * a (very) long-running ezstream process sometimes terminated
    without error message, making no attempts to reconnect to the
    server -- has been fixed in this release by catching and
    ignoring the SIGPIPE signal
